Missed practice today since the ball joint on my front right tire right after I left school to drive to practice at McKnight; had to get the car towed up the street to Firestone to get it fixed; had to wait over an hour there so Patrick showed up after practice to run with me to get a super long cooldown; felt good during the run even though the car problem was a bit of a headache; glad Patrick showed up to run with me because I didn't really feel like running at the Y; just did 20 minutes out and 20 minutes back on the greenway starting at the Firestone...
