Got back to hill blasts again this week; they felt a little tough at first from not doing them last week but got better on the last few; did the warm-up with a couple strides over to the Mason Tucker hill where I did the hill blasts then ran to the Y and toward Motlow as my cooldown; knew there was a Strava segment on the Motlow section toward the end so I couldn't resist speeding up a little; good run...
