7 miles easy
This was supposed to be a 6x800m workout but as soon as I woke up this morning I knew my legs probably wouldn't be ready for it-they were feeling heavy and slow for some reason but nonetheless I drove over to the track to check it out and sure enough the women's soccer team was there! Once I started running, I could tell it wasn't going to happen anyways but even tried a half-hearted stride just in case but it just didn't feel right so I ditched it; I think I'll be able to get back on track once my legs get back to 'normal'; I'll just run easy until Saturday and then hopefully I will be ready to nail a workout by then...
