Did this workout with Andre and Danny; I did 12x400 and 2x300 intervals; the plan was actually 14x400 but I started really hurting so I did a couple 300s; started out at 75s but really started to fade toward the end but so did Danny; solid workout for Jesse Owens on Saturday!
