Kept it really easy on the way out then picked it up a little throughout the second half feeling good; the steady rain during most of the run felt refreshing; it is really weird that it was in the 50s today but the high tomorrow will be in the single digits but I'll take the extra day off from school for sure; did six 20sec strides and a half mile cooldown at the end of the run...
