Ran with Jackson, Greg, Damian, David Rubush, and Jay Sizemore; decided to not do the East Nasty tempo because of my pain under my left foot; unfortunately my foot pain got progressively worse throughout the run so knew I needed to cut my long run short and need to take about a week off from running to hopefully get rid of the plantar; I will attempt to swim at the Y during my break to stay somewhat in shape; I need to remember that it is in my best interest to get healthy rather than push through the pain to do some speedwork; even with the foot problem, still enjoyed today's run, we went to the end of the greenway then through the streets of East Nashville back to the nature center; time to be patient with my injury and take some time off; hopefully I will still be able to take a shot at Tom King...
