9x300 then an 800; solid workout, the whole team was doing the 300s very fast! These weekly short interval workouts are helping my leg turnover big time which is what I need most...tried to focus on keeping decent form while running the 300s; I'll be ready for the 1600 and 3200 by the time track starts up!
