16x1/4 mile with 1min jog recovery
Ran the warm-up to the track and planned on doing the workout there; I saw the women's soccer team practicing on the field but didn't think it would be a problem for me to just use the track; started my first one and after I finished that up the soccer coach yelled at me to get off the track saying that the track was for 'varsity athletes only'; so I was then stuck with just doing the rest on the roads mainly on the loop around Central; glad I didn't decide to whimp out and ended up still having a solid workout; maintained a solid effort on the intervals; time to rest up for the race this weekend!
