Did this right after waking up but felt refreshed and ready to go after about a mile into the warmup; ran two strides in mile 3 and two strides in mile 4; the hill blasts went well, made sure to push each one 100% as I was told to then finished with a 2 mile cooldown out to Spring Hill and back home...
