Notes

Up to 4 miles very easy

Ran an out and back onto Rock Springs; my legs are still quite sore especially my thighs; started feeling a twinge in my right hamstring the last couple miles mainly going up hills so I made sure to go super slow up them once I started feeling that but I guess my hammies are still on edge and tender after the race; other than that, it felt great to be able to at least get out there again to do a run-there is way too much weight gain and laziness involved with taking off!
