Started out running on the greenway but after less than a mile I came to a place where the river flooded over so had to turn back then ran to the battlefield and did about one and a half loops then went back to General Bragg; also did 12 thirty secondish pickups with about 2-3 minutes recovery between each one starting at 20 minutes into the run; the pickups felt nice and smooth; good run even though the wind in my face felt brutal at times; some warmer weather would sure be nice for a change...
