7 miles with up to 10 hill blasts
Started with a 3 mile warmup with a few strides feeling fresh to start the week; was going to see how the hill blasts were going before determining how many to do but felt fast and attacked every one so did all 10; for some reason it didn't feel as humid as usual on this run which was nice; finished with a cooldown on St. Francis to get up to 7 miles total...
