8x300 with about a 2min rest between followed by a 5min rest then one half-mile loop at a solid pace; tried to keep the intervals comfortably hard so I didn't wear myself out one day before my race; went well overall, I think my stride has gotten a bit more efficient which would be awesome; perfect weather, nice day...
