4xtempo mile repeats with a 4min rest between; felt really strong on these and probably could have done a couple more if I had to; wasn't planning on running the last one that fast but little Delk pulled me the whole way and I didn't want to let him go; solid workout but don't think we should have done a workout one day before a meet...

This loop has been measured with a wheel to make it 1600 meters so I put in .99 miles for every interval even though my watch was measuring .95 or .96 for every one, I'm thinking about going back to my old, reliable Forerunner 305 again...
