Ran with Danny, Jordan, Landon, Andre, and Amar Moussa which went to Arcadia High School and won Arcadia senior year with an 8:50 and now runs for the University of Colorado and has a PR of 13:57 for the 5000; he said he is running 100mpw with almost all of his miles being between 6 to 6:20 pace but he held back to run with our team; it has been a really neat experience being able to run with all of these elite runners during this camp...
