1/2 mile warm-up, 7 miles working from 7:15 to 7:00, 1/2 mile cooldown

Decided to do this at the Y while my dad did weights and biking; the treadmill actually didn't bother me too much but did have some minor stomach issues to deal with throughout; I'm pretty happy with how this went-it felt a little harder than I would have liked but I have to start somewhere and I don't think I have lost a ton of fitness because it didn't take too much focus to get through it; did 2 miles at 7:14 pace, 1.5 miles at 7:09 pace, 2 miles at 7:04 pace, and 1.5 miles at 6:59 pace...
