Stupidly tried to run outside with Patrick after T-25 track practice but it only took a couple minutes before one of my hands started feeling like it was going to fall off so stopped after 1.2 miles (Patrick kept going and did 9 miles outside by himself...crazy!); after that, headed to the Y to do a few miles on the treadmill and ended up getting in another 4.3 miles there...
