6 miles very easy
Drove to Percy Warner today to show it to my uncle that is visiting from Germany so he could walk and take pictures; really enjoyed the run keeping it really easy with legs feeling a little tired; got a little warmed up on Belle Meade Blvd before going up the initial hill on the 5.8 loop; didn't push at all on the last downhill mile, I just glided down it easily; went to Breugger's afterwards for bagels and coffee, fun trip with my uncle and my sister...
