800/1600/800/1600/800 w/about a 3min,45sec standing rest between except a little jog recovery after the first 800; good workout, pushed some on the last 1600 and 800; didn't have heavy duty gloves on so my left hand felt like it was going to fall off by the end of the run, need to make sure to take good gloves when it is this cold!
