Felt cruddy from the get-go; this might be exaggerated but I seriously felt super out of shape and slow as I huffed and puffed the whole way, I know fitness will come around again soon though so it isn't that big of a deal; started at halftime of the Titans game since they were doing so bad; I also ate right before running; I need to stay more discipline on my Sunday runs and just wake up before church to do them...
