Coach Mullane actually told the team to do a 4 mile "recovery" run at 7 minute mile pace so that's what I did and also did an extra mile before and 1.3 miles after with Patrick; felt really good throughout and just zoned out for most of the run, absolutely beautiful weather for a run!
