Happy with this race; I beat some people that beat me at Voyles, maintained the fourth spot on my team, and got a nice medal for coming in 10th overall; they lengthened the course to make a legit 5k course this year and they added a couple more hills where they could; stayed with Patrick for about the first 1.4 miles which is about where I passed Danny and didn't end up fading too bad on the last mile even though it was definitely going to be the slowest since it had so many stupid sharp turns and potholes to roll your ankles; I feel like this race is good news for races to come, next meet on the schedule is Trinity/Valkyrie after two more weeks of more hard training!
