2 miles warm-up, 10 miles going from 7:15 to low 7:00s, 2 miles cooldown
Got up super early before customs again to get in my run; when I started my warmup I was feeling tight and stiff and was probably still asleep, I was going super slow too but felt like I was running fast; around 1.5 miles into the warmup as I went around a corner, I had a big time scare as I encountered a skunk on the side of the greenway with his butt in the air facing me but thankfully decided I wasn't a harm to him; I was scared this moderate workout was going to get ugly based on how my warmup felt but ended up feeling surprisingly easy; it was obviously super humid but didn't really affect me; I just got in a groove and could have ran that pace for many more miles; the 10 mile section ended up being 6:56 overall pace, really good run...
