Volunteered at the Greenway Marathon this morning by running the mile 6/mile 20 aid station which was actually pretty fun and I was able to master the water handoff to the fast people without spilling any! After that, I did a nice easy run starting at the dam trailhead and just did an out and back; the only bad part of the run was that just like yesterday, it came out again with about a mile and a half left in the run; I really need to figure out what it is that is making me do that, it's super icky and it gets on my nerves; met a guy named Vincent that did 105 marathons last year and has completed a race in every state three times and travels somewhere every single weekend to do a couple races, what a beast!
