4 miles warm-up, 12x100m strides with 100m jog recovery, 2 miles cooldown
Finally got on a track again; ran the warm-up out into the Northwoods subdivision off of Dejarnette and back then got on the track for the strides; my plan was to go hard on the straights (might have been just a tad more than 100m) and really easy on the curves; tried to maintain form on the strides while running fast and think I got the benefit from them; liking the cooler weather that late in the morning...
