Notes

Legs feeling really sore from yesterday's run, mainly my thighs and my calves(my left side-side of my injury-is more sore than the right though); I need to make sure to get back into running slowly; went to Riverdale today to watch the team at their first real track meet of the year-they did really good but watching got boring because the small track meets go insanely slow!
