4x5min tempo run with 1:30 jog rest between each cruise interval; solid workout, ran most of the workout with Patrick but he gapped me a little at the end of the third one and most of the fourth one; tried to keep good form while keeping a solid pace; got tough on the last one but was able to push through mentally, 5:58 avg pace for the 20 minutes of tempo running; Noah and Andre weren't there and Nathan and Danny (aka slackers) didn't even try to stay up with us; I can definitely tell I have been getting fitter over the past several weeks of high mileage! Pumped for the season to start...
