Very short workout so made sure to push it on the hard sections; the 6th one was slowest since it was mostly uphill; felt pretty strong for this workout and tried to keep good form even though I was running hard; I was actually excited to get in a workout again and it went well overall even though my legs aren't quite used to that kind of leg turnover yet...
