Good race overall; beat last year's time by about a minute; ran hard but could have probably gritted down and ran a little faster if this was an important race; I think I am prepared to run a good time at Footlocker in a few weeks; Patrick also ran a really solid time today too with a 59:12 getting the 10 mile state record for 18 year olds! Maybe I can go for that record next year...
