16x200m at sub 35 with 200m SLOW recovery

Definitely still had some lingering soreness in my legs from the half on Saturday so didn't have all my power back yet; after the first couple of intervals I knew I just needed to focus on giving a hard effort and good form instead of worrying about trying to nail the time which wasn't going to happen today; I still took this workout seriously and feel like this was still a really beneficial workout for me since I was really starting to hurt toward the end and had to grit down to go fast...
