Ran with Patrick; started at the nature center and ran down to LP Field and over the pedestrian bridge to get over to the Metro Center Greenway then turned around and ended at Bongo Java East; I was glad he actually didn't push the pace; felt good and really enjoyed this run-it went by very quickly...
