8 miles with 10xhill blasts
Very similar to how I felt on last week's hill blasts; ran the warm-up out to the Stonecrest loop and ran 3 strides in mile 3 and 1 in mile 4 which felt good; on the hill blasts, it took me a couple to get going but then felt like I was able to power up the hill; they were all in the 11 second range again but I started a tad farther back to make sure my Garmin would measure .04 on all of them; the weather felt like fall for the first time...
