Planned on doing the workout in the morning like usual and even got in my car to head to Sharp Springs Park for the workout but after feeling my car jerk badly multiple times before I even got out of my subdivision, I knew it wouldn't be safe to drive to the park so turned around to come back home; then thought I would just go to the Y with my dad and do it on the treadmill but once I got a hold of myself, I decided to just do the short, easy run in the morning and then do the workout at the park later...
