At the Y; used a program on the treadmill called rolling hills and put it on level 7 out of 20 and kept it on 7:41 pace for 3 miles, then 7:30 for a mile, then 7:19 for the last 3; level 7 was pretty difficult and got up to 6% incline with lots of running on 2.5 or 3%; actually had to try hard on the steep parts of the run...really like the hills program that this treadmill has, it'll help me for sure...
