10 miles easy/medium
Ran this before the state meet starting at the Steeplechase; just ran out and back backwards on the main drive; really cold out with the wind making it really bad but luckily had quite a bit of tree coverage to block some of the wind; didn't look at my watch much, I just went at what felt like a nice, smooth rhythm and went with it; ended up being a solid run and enjoyed running a little longer again; had a nice day watching the state meet afterwards-the girls ran a really strong race coming in 3rd not far behind 2nd place CAK; the girls are going to be really good next year too since they are only losing Claudia from the top 7!
