Notes

Decided to throw in a core session at the Y after the run; did 20 up-downs/15 pushups/60sec plank/20 up-downs/15 pushups/70sec plank/25 up-downs/20 pushups/100sec plank

A total of 65 up-downs/50 pushups/3min,50sec plank...

Hopefully I can start doing corework on a more consistent basis after I get back from surgery...
