8 miles easy
Ran with Jordan for the first few miles before he turned around early and Patrick; ran out and back onto the greenway and enjoyed this run; planned on going a bit easier than this but Patrick was getting antsy as he complained about the pace being too slow so he eventually continued on by himself so he could run faster-he said he is now running all of his miles around 6:15 pace doing 65mpw!
