Ran with Patrick and Noah for an 8.3 mile easy run then did 5 strides afterwards with jog recovery between then did a short cooldown; surprisingly Danny also decided to run with Nathan so my group did 8.3 and Danny and Nathan did 8 miles, looks like running camp really did spark Danny's fire; Danny and Nathan both said after practice that their goal is to be 16:23 for Danny and low 16s for Nathan; everybody wants a piece of that top 5! I will be top 5.
