2 miles warm-up, 5k at 6:10-6:20 pace, 3 miles cooldown
Planned on a 4 mile tempo but quit after 5k at about 6:20 avg because I just wasn't feeling great and was struggling a bit at that pace; hopefully that extra junk food on vacation isn't coming back to.bite me; it is probably just all the extra walking/biking I have been doing; still got in some quality though which.is good...
