8 miles with 10xhill blasts
Parked at Bongo Java East and did a warm-up with 4 strides over to the hill on Riverside Drive and a little bit on the greenway; did the same hill as last week but I guess I went further up the hill this week since all of the hill blasts were 12 or 13 seconds; felt pretty strong on the hill blasts; finished with a cooldown back over to Bongo Java and got their great coffee afterwards...
