Shadowing dad today at his workplace so ran at lunchtime; did a nice out and back route on Airport Road plus a quarter mile loop around a pond; hilly route but felt really good for this run (better than all of my other runs since I've been back from injury); forgot my watch so pace is an estimate but I got going pretty quickly so I would say I went at least 7min pace...
