200/200/200/800/200/200/200/800/200/200/800 intervals; so a total of 8x200 and 3x800; I was able to do the 200s fast and still not fade on the 800s; did most of the 200s in 35seconds and was first on the first 800, second behind Nathan on the second, and third on the last behind Nathan and Patrick; impressed with how fast Nathan did his last two 800s from not running any, he is just a beast! Before the workout we did some hardcore yoga stretching and a few exercises like high knees and jumping jacks...
