Corework at home; did 30 situps/25 pushups/70sec plank/25 up-downs/30 situps/25 pushups/80sec plank/25 up-downs/30 pushups/100sec plank/25 up-downs

A total of...60 situps/80 pushups/4min,10sec of plank/75 up-downs

Had to do a little exercising today instead of being completely lazy since it was my first day off from running in over a month...the day off should refresh my legs and hopefully work to my advantage
