15 mile long run
Woke up really early to get in my long run before heading to Destin for vacation; I was really sleepy initially but that wore off after I got going; as usual, didn't eat or drink anything before or during the run; did 4 Stonecrest loops and 2 Cracker Barrell loops off of Rock Springs; I felt strong throughout for this run and could have easily kept going; I didn't actually slow down the last mile, it was just through my really hilly neighborhood back home; made sure I slowly progressed down the pace throughout so I felt strong at the finish; one of my longest runs ever and felt good doing it!
