8 miles with 10xhill blasts
Warm-up out to the beginning of the Stonecrest loop doing 3 strides in miles 3 and 1 stride in mile 4; really humid out but the overcast made it not as bad as I thought it was going to be; the first hill blast felt super slow and terrible but handled the hill blasts pretty good after that; felt like I had more power after the first few of them; started the hill blasts a tiny bit before the stop sign today to make sure my Garmin measured .04 for all of them; cooldown back home felt good, had a good run to start off the week...
