6x1 mile with 3min slow 400m jog between, starting in the 5:55ish range working down to sub 5:50
Solid workout today; great weather helped for sure-about 50 degrees and just a little wind that was actually picking up some toward the end of the workout; I was a bit nervous at first because it seemed like a lot of volume for that fast of a pace but was able to focus on each one to get through them; definitely had to dig some on the last couple to keep the pace but still was feeling in control of the pace by the end; didn't do a perfect progression for the intervals but pretty much nailed the paces so this one can definitely be marked as a success!
