7 miles with 10xhill blasts
On the warmup, it took me a little while to get loosened up but the strides I did in miles 2 and 3 felt pretty good; didn't know if I would feel up for hill blasts but ended up doing all 10 feeling about how I usually do; the first hill blast felt slow (but apparently it was my fastest one) but got a lot better after that one; the cooldown back home felt good too...
