8 miles with 10xhill blasts
As usual I enjoyed my hill blasts and made sure I was giving it what I had on them; ran four strides in the warm-up to loosen up and felt good on the hill blasts; still a little soreness that should be gone after another easy day tomorrow; decided not to time the hill blasts anymore since I feel like I spend too much time fumbling with starting and stopping my watch instead of focusing on the hill blasts; good run to start the week!
