3 miles warm-up, 8x60sec hills with jog down recovery, 2 miles cooldown
Ran the warm-up out to Enon Springs and turned around near the fire station with 3 strides; decided to do the hills on the Enon Springs hill that leads up to Old Nashville Hwy starting at the Mason Tucker stop sign; messed up the second one because I thought I was already to the point where I ended my first one so it wasn't a full minute but made up for that by doing another 50sec hill after finishing up the first 8; tried to stay somewhat controlled by focusing on leg lift and quick turnover on each one; this was a short workout but definitely a solid effort that I can gain strength from...
