4x1600m relay at the MBA track; good race on an awesome track against some tough competiton; happy with how my leg went, tried to think about staying upright and using my arms the whole time; got a PR which is what I was shooting for; also got a tshirt for being top 8 overall in the event; did really good as a team coming in 7th in the 4x1600, 6th in the DMR, and 3rd in the 4x800; splits for my event for the team were Nathan 5:05, me 5:13, Jordan 4:54, and Patrick 4:48 for 20 flat overall; ready for my next shot at a PR in the 3200 at Buster Relays!
